Our Services

Prep To Sell provides professional, on-site property preparation services across the Perth Metropolitan area. Our services include:

  • Pre-sale and End-of-Lease deep cleaning.

  • Garden maintenance, lawn mowing, and curb-appeal refreshes.

  • Minor home repairs, painting, and maintenance.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because we commit professional labor and equipment to your scheduled time slot, the following rules apply:

  • More than 48 Hours Notice: You may reschedule your service or receive a full credit for a future booking at no extra cost.

  • Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within this window may incur a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund due to our inability to re-book the labor at short notice.

  • Access to Property: If our team arrives and cannot access the property (e.g., locked gates or no key), a call-out fee may apply.


Service Satisfaction & Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Major Failure: If a service is not delivered as described or is unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a re-clean, repair, or refund.

  • Minor Issues: If you are not satisfied with a specific part of our work (e.g., a missed window or garden bed), please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will return to fix the issue at no additional cost to you.


Refund Processing

If a refund or partial refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
