Quotes & Payments

  • Quote Accuracy: Quotes are based on information provided; we reserve the right to adjust pricing if the property condition differs significantly from the description or photos provided.

  • Payment: Payments are processed securely via Shopify.

  • Cancellations: All bookings are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

  • Results: While our services aim to improve property appeal, we cannot guarantee specific market outcomes such as sale price or speed of sale.

  • Damages: We maintain professional insurance; however, our liability is limited to the re-supply of the service or a refund as governed by Australian Consumer Law.
